Effective September 1, 2018 you will submit IT tickets utilizing Service Now Ticket Request. This is a more efficient way to ensure IT tickets get handled timely during all parks operating hours, receive accurate communication regarding status, and fulfill the need for our staff.
In the event, you were not trained, the expectation is to reach out to a co-worker or supervisor that has been trained and ask for support.
Please remember that only those who have a Riverside County email address (@RIVCO.org) can submit tickets. Camp Hosts and Volunteers will need to inform staff when there is an IT need.
